Coach John Peacock has named a strong England Under-20s squad, including Tottenham's in-form right-winger Aaron Lennon.
The former Leeds star missed the U20s' last match away to Russia but he is one of a number of big names in the 17-man party to face Holland at Turf
Moor on 09 October.
Looking ahead to the match, Peacock told TheFA.com: "We’re all looking forward to playing this match at Burnley’s Turf Moor ground. Burnley has a fantastic football tradition and is renowned for its love of the game and passionate crowds.
"Holland always produce outstanding young teams and this will be a great test for our players to show they have the ability to compete with the best."
Middlesbrough's James Morrison and Southampton defender Martin Cranie are two of seven members of last year's U19s squad who reached the final of the European Championship.
Martin Hunter's side only lost out to France at the final hurdle and Peacock
believes the experience picked up by those players can only help his squad.
"Tournament experience is valuable for young players and many of the England players in today's squad were members of the team which reached the final of the European Under-19 Championship in Belfast," he said.
"They performed superbly in Northern Ireland, only losing out in the final to France, and the players will learn from that experience."
The match falls between two Under-21 internationals and Peacock knows the strong link between his side and Peter Taylor's can only act as a major
incentive for his players.
Peacock continued: "The Under-20s team is a bridge between that Under-19s team and the Under-21s. The players know that if they can do well at this level, they can put pressure on Peter Taylor to pick them for his team.
"Several players who appeared for the Under-20s team in the Toulon Tournament in the summer have since moved up and David Nugent, who played for the Under-20s in the last fixture against Russia in August, has since been called up for the Under-21s."
