Carnaby Street in London has been given a special St George's Day make-over by FA Partner UMBRO.

The fashionable shopping district in the heart of the capital's Soho, just a goalkick's distance from The FA's Headquarters, was adorned with the new England away kit to commemorate England's patron saint.

The red shirts, which are the same as those to be worn by Fabio Capello's team during their 2010 World Cup qualifying campaign, were hung above the street for shoppers and passers-by to enjoy.

And, to help you show your support for England and St George's Day, we're giving you the chance to win one of five limited edition UMBRO England shirts featuring a unique St George's Day message, which sits boldly alongside The Three Lions crest.

To enter, all you need to do is answer this question:-

England have only ever played one game on St George's Day - a 2-1 win over Scotland at Wembley in 1986. But who scored The Three Lions' goals that day?
Answer: Terry Butcher and Glenn Hoddle

The competition is now closed
