VIDEO: Fabio Capello unveiled
Fabio Capello is unveiled to the media as the new England Manager, and calls it 'a dream come true'.

Fabio Capello and his backroom staff visited Wembley this afternoon as part of the team's first week in England.

After taking in two FA Cup ties at Villa Park and Kennilworth Road at the weekend, Capello then started his job at Soho Square on Monday where he was involved in meetings and discussions for February's friendly against Switzerland at Wembley plus the forthcoming World Cup fixtures meeting in Zagreb next week.

Capello, along with Fitness Coach Massimo Neri, Goalkeeping Coach Franco Tancredi, General Manager Franco Baldini and Assistant Coach Italo Galbiati, took in Wembley and were impressed with what they saw.

Capello said: "I felt it was important that my staff had the earliest opportunity to visit Wembley. I wanted them to get a feel for the stadium.

"We looked at the pitch, which has just been relaid, we toured the dressing rooms and looked at the medical facilities.

"I have to say that we were all greatly impressed with everything we found. Wembley is the spiritual home of football and we are all determined to try and create a successful team for England here.

"Already, we are looking forward to playing in front of 90,000 fans against Switzerland next month.

"It is incredible the level of support the team receives. I am told that the atmosphere for night games is when Wembley is at its best so we will work now towards the Switzerland game with excitement and anticipation of the atmosphere at what is, undoubtedly, one of world football's great stadiums."
