England Head Coach Steve McClaren will name his squad to face Holland on Friday afternoon.
McClaren will be hoping for a return to winning ways when the two teams meet at the magnificent Amsterdam ArenA, the home of Ajax, on Wednesday 15 November.
The Three Lions endured a difficult October, drawing 0-0 with Macedonia before losing 2-0 in Croatia, and Holland will provide another stern examination.
Apart from Owen Hargreaves, who is still recovering from a broken leg, McClaren should have an array of talent to choose from for the 7pm kick-off.
Aaron Lennon is expected to return to the squad after making a successful return from an ankle injury, culminating in a scoring display against Chelsea - a performance which earned him TheFA.com's Player of the Weekend.
Also in the goals recently was Wayne Rooney, who scored a wonderful hat-trick against Bolton two weeks ago, while Frank Lampard has been regularly finding the net for Chelsea. His team-mate John Terry, the England captain, should lead his country out for the sixth time.
England have met Holland 16 times, the most recent being the 0-0 draw at Villa Park in February 2005, although England fans will point at an infamous meeting a decade ago as being the most memorable.
The Three Lions had endured a mixed start to Euro 96, but what transpired was arguably one of England's finest hours.
Braces from Alan Shearer and Teddy Sheringham left England fans wondering if they were in Wembley or wonderland as the hosts romped to a 4-1 win.
England have failed to beat the same opposition since that glorious June afternoon - Three Lions fans will be hoping that drought ends next week.
