Steve McClaren's First Press Conference

We bring you the highlights from Steve McClaren's first press conference, as he introduces John Terry and Terry Venables.

Steve McClaren has today confirmed his backroom staff for the England set-up, with Terry Venables joining as assistant coach, Steve Round as coach and Bill Beswick as psychologist.

Terry Venables, seeking to explain his role as McClaren's number two, said: "It is obviously different to what I've done before. I can lend my experience and leadership qualities to Steve and make his job easier.

"I think the two of us together and the rest of the staff have got a great chance to go forwards.
