Football Association Chief Executive Brian Barwick will begin the search next week.
The search begins

Brian Barwick says the process to find Sven-Goran Eriksson’s successor will begin in earnest next Thursday.
The FA Chief Executive has already spoken to colleagues about how to identify and appoint a new England Head Coach and it will be the key item on the agenda of a board meeting next week.
Barwick, who spoke to journalists in Montreux, Switzerland, today ahead of the Euro 2008 draw, said: "We’ve got the best part of six months in real terms to find the next manager because the first international after the World Cup is not until mid-August. But that’s not going to be the way we play it.
"I spoke yesterday to Noel White, the Chairman of the International Committee, and this morning to Geoff Thompson, Chairman of The FA.
"And next Thursday there will be an FA board meeting where the recruitment of the next England coach will be on the agenda. I hope to be able to put a procedure to the board for their consideration.
"In the past what’s been a practical way to do this has been to call on some of the experienced heads around The FA and, with the Chief Executive leading it, to then go forward and find the appropriate man."
Barwick has put no strict deadline on the appointment but believes work must begin immediately and insists the process will have no effect on preparations for the World Cup Finals.
He said: "There’s no reason why it should, the two things are pretty significantly divorced from each other.
"But the procedure won’t be in place for a week or a fortnight and after that we do have some time to make the right call. We can afford to be patient and try and make the right judgement call."
