Chelsea captain John Terry lifts the Premiership trophy.
Terry's trophy time

England defender John Terry finally got his hands on the Premiership trophy as the PFA Player of the Year capped a brilliant league season.
Chelsea clinched the title last weekend with their win over Bolton, but they had to wait until Saturday to pick up the silverware, with captain Terry leading the party at Stamford Bridge.
Terry has been in superb form as the Blues have conceded just 13 goals in the league this season - and only need to avoid shipping four more in their last two matches to beat Arsenal's Premiership record in terms of the tightest defence.
Three Lions team-mates Frank Lampard and Joe Cole also picked up their medals after the 1-0 win over Charlton that came via Claude Makelele's last minute goal.
Elsewhere, Michael Owen maintained his impressive goalscoring record with the opener in Real Madrid's 5-0 win over Santander.
The England striker may not have been a regular starter throughout the Spanish campaign, but that was his 12th league goal of the season and keeps Real's title hopes alive as they notched up their seventh successive victory to pile the pressure on Barcelona.
Owen's former Liverpool team-mate Steven Gerrard put his name on the scoresheet as well, but it was not enough to prevent the Reds slipping to a 3-1 defeat at Arsenal and their chances of catching Everton for fourth place in the Premiership are now extinguished.
Ashley Cole and Jamie Carragher also played at Highbury, but Sol Campbell was once again only on the bench despite having recovered from his ankle injury with Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger keeping faith with Swiss youngster Philippe Senderos.
Shaun Wright-Phillips strengthened his case for a regular place in Sven Goran Eriksson's England squad with a wonder goal to help Manchester City beat Aston Villa 2-1.
The 23-year-old danced through the Villa defence before firing home for his tenth league goal of an injury-interrupted season.
