The matches against Northern Ireland and Azerbaijan are vital in England's quest to reach Germany 2006 and demand will be at a premium, so supporters are advised to buy tickets quickly.

Sven-Goran Eriksson's team head Group Six after an excellent start to their bid to reach the Finals in Germany in 2006 and will be aiming to build on the good work with victories in matches in Manchester and Newcastle.

Eriksson said: "The support we have received around the country from England supporters has been incredible.

"After all the good work so far in the qualifiers, it is very important that we win our matches against Northern Ireland and Azerbaijan in March. The fantastic support of noisy crowds in Manchester and Newcastle will be a big lift for the players."

England face Northern Ireland on 26 March at Old Trafford and Azerbaijan on 30 March at St. James' Park at the half-way stage of the qualification campaign.

Following a pre-sale to englandfans members, tickets go on sale to the general public for both matches at 10am on Sunday 30 January, through the ticketing hotline: 0870 902 0005 or through www.ticketmaster.co.uk.

For England's match against Azerbaijan in Newcastle, more than 20,000 tickets will be priced £20 or under. Remaining tickets will cost £30 or £40. Tickets for the match at Old Trafford are priced £25, £40 and £50.

There is a strict limit of four tickets per person. All tickets are subject to availability, a per ticket booking fee and a per transaction order processing fee.
