England midfielder Frank Lampard feels a strong Wembley support for the Three Lions can make all the difference, as the squad prepare for Saturday's game with Switzerland.
With yet another sell out in place at Wembley, Lampard wants England to end the season with a win and in pole position to qualify for next summer's European Championships.
But with Switzerland out to cause an upset and boost their own chances of progress, the Chelsea man knows that it won't be easy.
"We had a good result against them away early in the qualifiers which gave us confidence, but it's all about us and how well prepared, fit and ready that we are.
"I think at Wembley, we're going to have a very good chance.
"The home advantage is big for us, because we know Wembley, it's our home, and we have the fans there.
"There's always that expectation, but it's very important to use that big home support in our favour."
The squad have been in training all week for the game and Lampard believes there is a real freshness about the group after a short break between the end of the Premier League season and this match, which can only help their chances.
"It's two weeks after the season for most of us, but we've had a nice week's rest," he explained.
"Now, we've been preparing this week so we'll be ready to go come Saturday."
