Peter Crouch and Spurs team-mate looking to fire down Brazil this weekend.
Peter Crouch reckons his deadly partnership with Jermain Defoe can fire England to victory over Brazil in Qatar on Saturday.
The little and large duo have played a key role in Tottenham Hotspur's impressive start to the season and look set to feature against the five-times World Champions this weekend.
Crouch has been in excellent goalscoring form for the Three Lions having claimed four in his past three games, while Defoe scored twice in August's 2-2 draw in Holland.
And Crouch is now hoping he can continue his promising start to the season by helping Fabio Capello's men to victory over the South Americans.
"I love playing with Jermain," said Crouch.
"He has scored goals recently for England, just as I have. He is a fantastic player and has always scored a lot of goals.
"I've been fortunate enough to play with him through the Under-21s and at Portsmouth and Tottenham.
"For me, it has been going well. My goalscoring form for England has been very good from the start.
"I've always felt that I'll get chances and I've always been confident that I will put them away.
"I feel that if I am fit and scoring goals then that is all I can do and all I'm going to do is work hard and do as well as possible."
