Kieran Gibbs withdrawn as Ryan Bertrand and Jonjo Shelvey join England squad

Ryan Bertrand and Jonjo Shelvey have been added to the England squad for the upcoming FIFA World Cup Qualifiers with San Marino and Poland.

Arsenal defender Kieran Gibbs is out of the squad having suffered an injury at the weekend. Chelsea defender Bertrand joins the squad in addition to Liverpool's Shelvey, who is promoted from the Under-21 squad.
