England stars support EFF Charity Cup as legends take to management
Ashley Cole, Gary Cahill and Ryan Bertrand helped kick-off the second annual England Footballers Foundation Charity Cup in style.
The Chelsea trio gave their support to the event, which raised money for Cancer Research UK and the players’ Outreach Programme.
It saw 16 teams managed by football legends including Dennis Wise, Gianfranco Zola, Gus Poyet and Nigel Winterburn battle it out for a chance to be crowned the 2012 EFF Charity Cup champions.
Other Premier League and Three Lions stars in attendance on the night included Tottenham pair Jermain Defoe and Kyle Walker, who were involved in handing out prizes to the winners.
