This year saw Crystal Palace youngster Wilfried Zaha come to prominence on the international stage.

Already adored by the Eagles’ faithful, the 20-year-old has really stepped on the gas over the last 12 months and he has been arguably the Championship’s stand-out player of the season so far.

England boss Roy Hodgson handed the forward his first senior cap against Sweden last month and many more are surely in the offing.

Zaha played five times for the Under-21s this year, his last appearance coming in the play-off victory over Serbia.
