The Three Lions were back on the training pitch today, and so was FATV.

England's squad continued their build-up to Saturday's World Cup opener on Wednesday, by stepping up their training another notch at their base at the Royal Bafokeng Sports Complex.

To start with, they were led on a job by coach Stuart Pearce, before working with the ball and short, sharp exercises.
