Juventus ace hails England midfielder
Juventus ace hails England midfielder as a 'frightening' talentAlthough it may not have appeared to be the best week for Kieron Dyer - his back injury meant he was forced to withdraw from the England squad - things seem to have got better for the Newcsatle live-wire since then.
Not only did Sven admit that he would have been extremley keen to give Kieron a start against Macedonia, but now one of the world's finst footballers, Alessandro del Piero, has hailed Dyer as a 'frightening' talent.
"Kieron Dyer is a very good player," said del Piero who will face Kieron when Newcastle and Juvetus meet in the Champions League on Wednesday.
"His pace truly frightens defenders and adds an extra dimension to his game.''
"We must be careful not to allow him too much space in Newcastle. If we don't stop him making runs from deep he could damage us.
"I have seen Dyer play for both Newcastle and England and he has always impressed me with his ability to run at defences. I think he is the sort of player who would do very well in Serie A and I would love Juventus to sign him."
