Good news for England this morning as Paul Scholes returned to the training ground and looked sharp after his two goals for Manchester United on Monday night, as the numbers increased for Sven.

Of the 20 players getting a sweat on, one who relished his return to the set up was Scholes' United team mate Gary Neville, back in the frame since his last international outing back in April against Paraguay.

Steven Gerrard, Nicky Butt and Jonathon Woodgate also joined in after taking a rest on Tuesday, however Ashley Cole and David Beckham remained inside, both recovering from slight muscle strains, and of course Sol Campbell continues stay away through illness.
