The Roadshows organised by The Home Office, The Foreign and Commonwealth Office and The FA and supported by Nationwide are events designed at giving those travelling out to Portugal everything they need to prepare for the tournament.

This includes information stands, interactive sessions with Portuguese and UK agencies involved in planning for the tournament and a chance to hear about activities planned for England fans by England fans.

Other activities include Penalty shoot-out competitions, football skills schools and exclusive stadiums tours.

Entry to the Road Shows is free. The morning session, from 10am, will include question and answer sessions with the FA, UK lead for policing football, a sports journalist, the British Ambassador, Portuguese police and city representatives from Lisbon and Coimbra followed by a Portuguese themed lunch. Due to limited space, a ticket is required.

From 1:15pm the afternoon drop-in session is open to all-comers. This is an opportunity to collect useful information on Euro 2004 and the official representatives will be available for informal conversation and questions.

Pop in for a few minutes or stay longer to find out about fan initiatives, the cities hosting matches and what organisations such as the Fans’ Embassy, FA, the British Embassy and the police will be doing.

10.35am Euro 2004: the importance of fans to a successful tournament.

Short presentations from British Ambassador to Portugal, FA, Portuguese police, English Police, regional England fans member, Football Supporters Federation, journalists, Portuguese tourist and authorities.

11.00am What fans can expect in Portugal

Question and answer session with the above and other key agencies

12.45pm Portuguese themed food, drink and music

We'll have information stands from many of the following: Portuguese Tourist Boards and Local Authorities, FSF Fans Embassy, England Direct, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Kick it Out, regional englandfans groups and other organisations who can provide information for fans to take away on all aspects of what's on and finding your way around the tournament and Portugal.

Information Pack

Available to all attendees providing information about the role that each agency will have during the tournament and their contact details in Portugal.
