A pacy, left-sided winger, Andros has been capped by England at U16, U17 and U19 level as well as making progress with his club side Tottenham Hotspur.
Loan spells with Yeovil Town, Leyton Orient and MK Dons have helped his development and he was rewarded with a spot on the substitute's bench in some of Spurs' late season games in 2010.
He has also experienced life in the European Finals, as part of the England U19 squad which travelled to Ukraine in July 2009 whilst still 12 months younger than many of his colleagues.
A return to Ukraine beckoned for Townsend in 2010, when he went there with the U19 squad to help Noel Blake's side qualify for the Euro Finals in France.
