Having appeared ten times for the U17s, Meaghan has now established herself as a key member of Mo Marley's U19 set-up, appearing in eight matches in the build-up to the 2012 Euro Finals.
She helped England keep a clean sheet in each of their Elite Qualifying Round matches, against Finland, Wales and Austria.
Meaghan can play across the back four and in midfield if required and poses a real threat in the air.
