The Cardiff City player received his first England call-up in February 2012 when U19 Head Coach Noel Blake picked him for their game with Czech Republic at Leyton Orient.
He had been on standby, but came in to replace the injured Robert Hall after making a good impression in South Wales.
Ralls started his career with Aldershot Town before making the switch to Cardiff.
