Middlesbrough goalkeeper Connor was first called into the England set-up for the U19s trip to Limoges in France in October 2011.
He went on to feature for the Young Lions throughout that campaign and was part of the squad which reached the semi-finals of the Euros in Estonia, where he provided intense back-up to Sam Johnstone.
Ripley was named in the squad for the U20 World Cup by boss Peter Taylor in May 2013, where he will be hoping to add to his experience.
He is the son of former 'Boro, Blackburn, Southampton and England winger Stuart Ripley.
