Blackburn Rovers midfielder Josh is a product of the Lancashire club's Academy and after impressing for their reserve and youth team, his first England call-up came for the U20 squad to face France at Shrewsbury Town.
He impressed on that occasion with his delivery and balance from the left and was then picked by U20s Head Coach Brian Eastick for the FIFA U20 World Cup in Colombia.
