Current club: Tottenham Hotspur
Jake Livermore is the first Spurs Academy product to make a real impact at White Hart Lane since former club captain Ledley King.
Livermore was thrust into the limelight at the beginning of the 2011-12 season when injuries to Sandro and Tom Huddlestone gave the midfielder the chance to shine, and his dominant displays earned him a number of plaudits as he helped Spurs finish fourth in the Premier League.
The 22-year-old received his first England call-up at any level for the international against Italy in August 2012 and made his debut as a second-half substitute.
