The West Ham United frontman is a natural goalscorer and has been a regular for England since his first breakthrough into the U16s Victory Shield games.
He then went on to the U17s in the 2009-10 season and picked up a Euro winners' medal as part of the side which won the title in Liechtenstein.
His development continued at club level and an impressive loan spell with Oxford United in 2011 saw Hammers boss Sam Allardyce recall him to Upton Park and describe him as the best young player at the club.
A goal on his U19 debut in November 2011 against Denmark put him in Head Coach Noel Blake's mind and he was selected for the European U19 Championship Finals in Estonia in 2012.
