About Customer Relations
The FA communications department team is dedicated to developing a proactive relationship with supporters worldwide.
The first step to becoming a qualified coach is to enrol on an FA Coaching Course, which take place at both national sports centres and at every County FA.
For nearly all coaches, the first course they will take part in is the ‘FA Level 1 Club Coach’. This is a course designed by The FA as an introduction for all coaches with little experience or knowledge about coaching and is the perfect first step on The FA coaching ladder. You can then progress to level 2, then level 3 UEFA B licence, and finally the UEFA A licence.
To begin with, please contact your County FA for more information. Contact details can be found via this link - http://www.thefa.com/GetIntoFootball/CountyFA/CountyContacts

As a general rule, tickets for an England home match will go on sale roughly three months prior to the game.
The FA receives hundreds of requests for signed items each week and we are unable to satisfy every request for help.
Please submit a written application on charity headed paper (where possible) which includes details of your organisation and event planned, so we can keep your details on record if any items become available. Please write to:

The terms and conditions of the ticket sales state that tickets are non-refundable after purchase.
We can only advise that if you are unable to attend for whatever reason to find someone that may be able to attend in your absence. Tickets cannot be sold on but can be given to others that can attend.

Tickets for The FA Community Shield are only available through the two competing clubs for supporters of those clubs. The clubs allocate them under their policies, primarily they will be allocated to season ticket holders. Should you be a supporter of either club, we would advise you to contact them directly to enquire about tickets.
Neutral Supporters - Club Wembley (for corporate hospitality)
Wembley National Stadiums Ltd deal with corporate hospitality packages and can also refer people to agencies that sell packages. We would advise people to go through Wembley as we are aware of Ticket touting / illegal websites selling packages.
Playing the Semi-Finals at Wembley is part of the stadium's business plan which allowed The FA to build a 90,000 seater national stadium, but with the significantly greater number of tickets available this will allow more fans to attend each of the showpiece fixtures.
As with any game, preparation is the key to a successful event. In previous years, a decision could not be made on a neutral and favourable Semi-Final venue until the competing teams had been decided. Obviously, elements such as the safety and security issues, transport issues, policing, supporter awareness of the venues and television schedules cannot be decided until a venue is decided. With the Semi-Final venue established well in advance we can therefore prepare for all these issues with a great deal more confidence.
The Football Foundation has introduced a new simplified application form and fast track scheme for grants of £10,000 or under. Obviously grants of £10,000 require less information than those of £1,000,000 and the new application process allows the Foundation to quickly assess bids and offer grants within weeks. Our easy to use forms and guidance notes are available online at www.footballfoundation.org.uk, or by calling 0845 345 4555.
The Football Foundation is funded by the Premier League, The Football Association, Sport England and the Government, and is the nation's largest sports charity with a £53m budget going straight into the very heart of football.
The FA National Game Division is ploughing over £35 a year - £20m of which is invested into The Football Foundation - supporting community football, schools and further education colleges, heralding higher standards, better pitches, changing rooms and facilities and encouraging more people to enjoy football for life.
