Yeovil Town’s FA Cup dream goes on, after they progressed to the Fifth Round courtesy of a fine victory at Norwich City on Sunday.
Town had to show their character though, to come from behind in the second half after finding themselves a goal down at half time after Norwich’s Paige Shorten had given her side a ninth minute lead.
However, a stern talk from Town boss Steve Phelps at the interval saw the Glovers emerge in the second half and turn things around with two quick goals after the restart.
Kayleigh Nardinello finished off a corner kick routine in the 48th minute with a close range finish, before fellow midfielder Kim Turner lobbed home from the edge of the box in the 54th minute to put the Somerset team on their way to victory.
Whilst the hosts pressed hard for an equaliser, a breakaway goal from Jemma Tewsbury with just over ten minutes remaining was enough to see Yeovil through.
"We knew it would be a tough game coming here, but we know that when we get the ball down and play, we are a match for anyone,” Phelps told TheFA.com camera after the game.
"I was glad when half time came to be honest, so we could go back to basics.
"I told them, ‘if you want this game, you can win it, you're good enough’ and in the second half, they came out fired up and we got at them.
"It was an outstanding performance and we got the result we came for.”
Town will now play Nottingham Forest at home in the Fifth Round and Phelps is hoping for a bit of Cup magic.
"It's The FA Cup, anything can happen,” he added.
“If you look at the men's competition, two years ago, Cardiff had the luck of the draw and ended up at Wembley.
"There's no reason to believe it's any different in women's football.
"If you have the luck of the draw, you can put performances in and you never know so it would be great to go as far as we can.”
