Micah Richards pleased to get his hands on The Cup.
Micah Richards hopes that Saturday's FA Cup victory can be the start of a sustained run of success for Manchester City in the coming years.
The right-back has been a regular for Roberto Mancini's men all season as the Blues won their first major competition for 35 years and also qualified for the Champions League.
Speaking to FATV after the Wembley victory over Stoke City, Richards said: "Hopefully this is the start.
"Having come through the Academy here, to win The FA Cup is an unbelievable feeling and something that we want to sample again.
"I thought we were deserved winners today. We dealt with the pressure well, kept a clean sheet and got the goal we needed.
"It's been a great season for the club and the fans."
