Group 7 qualifier

Jill Scott is the latest player to join the prestigious group after receiving her 100th cap in a 1-0 win over Australia last month at the CFA International Women’s Football Tournament in Yongchuan, China.

Head coach Mark Sampson said: “It’s a very special thing to play for your country but to join the  '100 Club’ is a fantastic achievement for any player.

“It’s great to see that UEFA and The FA are recognising the nine players and on behalf of the staff and players, we’d like to say congratulations and well done to all of them.”

The nine players will receive a special cap before kick-off to mark their landmark.

Before the Bosnia qualifier England will take on Germany in Duisburg on Thursday.

It will be the first meeting between the sides since the Lionesses won bronze at the World Cup in Canada - their maiden victory over the European champions in 21 attempts.

Casey Stoney said: "Germany is always one of our toughest tests and they are one of the best teams in the world so it will be good to challenge ourselves against them.

"It's one we're looking forward to because, after the World Cup, we know we can win, but to do so we will have to be at our very best."

Tickets for the Bosnia match are priced £5 for adults and £2.50 for children, and can be purchased via TheFA.com/Tickets or by calling 01179 630 600.
